RETURN POLICY

 

IN STOCK MERCHANDISE

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly accept your return of UNUSED, unworn or unwashed merchandise within 10 business days from the date delivered.  Refunds will not be issued after the return window has ended.  All returns must have a valid return authorization number.  To receive a return authorization number, please email returns@greggpellegrini.com.  All returned merchandise must include the return authorization number, original receipt, packaging, tags, and be in the same condition as when it was received.  Once merchandise is returned and cleared through our returns department, a credit will be issued within 5 business days.

 

TO SKIP A MONTH OR CANCEL YOUR MONTHLY CANDLE SUBSCRIPTION

EMAIL US AT LOVE@GREGGPELLEGRINI.COM TO SKIP A MONTH OR CANCEL YOUR SUBSCRIPTION.  ALL EMAILS MUST BE RECEIVED BEFORE THE 10TH DAY OF THE CURRENT MONTH.

SPECIAL ORDERS  

All special orders are non-refundable and final sale.

 

GIFT WITH PURCHASE

In the case that you completely return your order and have selected to receive a promotional "gift with purchase" item, that item must also be returned with your order.  If you chose to not return your "gift with purchase" a charge for the full amount of the promotional item will be debited from your account.
